I placed an order for North Lightning plus safety glasses. You use clear glasses model for smoked lens. It makes it easy to order the wrong one if youre in a hurry or ordering through your phone. And you dont seem to let me exchange for the clears because it was a clearance item.

The only thing I do not like about the website is that it does not save past orders so that you can just go and reorder what you did in the past. If you do not have the item numbers it is a little difficult to find what you ordered prior. Other than that I like the products, prices and order process very much.

My first purchase was made back in November...it was to Christmas gift. The boots did not fit...just the wrong size. I made a phone call to find out how to exchange my boots for a different size. The person on the phone told me that I could return the boots as an exchange...that I wouldn’t have to send more money...they would exchange the boots when they received my return boots. It is now February 1st...still no boots. So I make another call inquiring about the replacement boots. The lady on the phone took all of my information...but said she would have to have a specialist call me back. That was this morning...still no return call! Just frustrating!

If the quality of the face shield is as good as it appears to be in the pictures, I will be very satisfied. Very fair shipping charge helped me decide to purchase from this company. After receiving the shield, I am very satisfied. This shield will make snow blowing a little less miserable.

Seems like a great products, but some of the details about which tests they do and don't pass are lacking, as well as which version of the tests. For example, ANSI Z87.1-2010 or 2015? What about high impact, ANSI Z87.1+? What about splash, D3, D4, and D5?

You advertised a better discount for buying in bulk, you advertised the glasses at 0.90 cents for individual on sale, and 0.75 cents for 12 to 100+, you placed added 26 on the check out at 0.95 cents per. and it would not update the qty when I tried to change it and i did not get the discount you advertised either. Not good if you really want a good rep. from customers, it looks like you are running a scam of some kind, but i'm sure its lust a web thing...
